Hi, I’m Vartika Jain—a daughter, a mother, a dreamer, and someone who’s always believed in kindness and purpose. With a degree in Mathematics and a heart set on making a difference, I started Ma Sushma Seva Kendra, an NGO that teaches young girls skills like sewing, stitching, and henna art, helping them stand on their own feet. I run the center solo, and so far, over 50 girls in rural areas have found work through it—all free of cost, all with love.
Me The Beauty is my other baby—born from the desire to make healthy, high-quality makeup affordable for everyone. With the support of my husband and daughter, I look after everything from product development to social media. Every product reflects our belief that beauty should feel good, inside and out.
In addition to my work with the NGO and my brand, I’m also proud to be a part of Mahila Shakti, a women’s support group that uplifts communities through public service. In 2019, I had the honour of serving as its President. Together, we’ve organized free eye camps, supported the education of underprivileged children, arranged marriages for poor girls, improved living conditions in neglected areas, and provided critical medical aid.
All my efforts—whether through beauty, service, or empowerment—are driven by one simple mission: to spread kindness, create opportunity, and bring people together.
