Born and brought up in Firozabad a city renowned for its exquisite glass artistry and rich cultural heritage, Rinky was naturally drawn to the world of art and craftsmanship from a young age. She grew up with a deep appreciation for handmade beauty and the power of artistry.

With a sharp mind and an unwavering determination to build something meaningful, Rinky went on to pursue her BSc in Fashion Technology and MBA in Fashion Management from Chandigarh. The decision that laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey. During her academic years, she not only excelled in her studies but also actively participated in various cultural and business events, showcasing her leadership skills and outgoing nature. Her time in collage helped her develop a strategic mindset, along with the confidence to take bold steps toward her dreams.

After completing her MBA, Rinky took a road less travelled. While many of her peers choose conventional career paths, she decided to follow her passion and launched her own festival decor handicraft business named KRAFT AND CURVE aka KNC What started as a small initiative from the corner of a room soon turned into a growing venture, thanks to her dedication, eye for detail, and creative vision. Today, her brand stands as a reflection of traditional Indian craftsmanship infused with contemporary designs—offering products that are not only beautiful but also carry stories of culture and soul.

Rinky’s business is not just about aesthetics; it’s about empowerment and purpose. She collaborates with skilled local artisans, especially women, giving them a platform to showcase their talent and gain financial independence. Her business is a blend of heritage, sustainability, and entrepreneurship—a true testament to her values and vision.
